Hondata modifies standard OBD I Honda ECUs, adding features and expanding the capabilities of the ECU (to read boost for example). For best results naturally aspirated ECUs should be tuned to each individual engine setup and forced induction ECUs need to be tuned by an experienced tuner. If you have Stage 4 and the Pocket Programmer , you can tune stages 2 and 3 for others.
s100 - this is the entry level system for users who do not wish to tune their vehicle, and don't require additional features such as 3 step rev limiter or datalogging.
When purchasing a Hondata unit, we offer a base program to get you started. From there we offer tuning services to help you get the most performance out of your Hondata unit based on individual applications. Dyno tuning is also available. |
